This specialist manufacturer supplies a unique product to Australian industry, with their product used by consumers and organisations across a wide range of industries.
Changes in the business have created an excellent opportunity for a Production Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that productions targets are met in a safe and timely manner. In order to achieve this you will be responsible for effectively managing a team of 10-15 staff, taking a leading role in motivating, training and coordinating them on a daily basis. This is a hands-on position, and you will be expected to be visible in and around the site working closely with the team in achieving their goals.
You will be a strong leader with proven managerial experience, and will ideally possess mechanical trade qualifications to enable you to troubleshoot plant issues swiftly and effectively.
This great position will offer you excellent progression possibilities, and the opportunity to work within a close knit and established manufacturing team.
